ROTI TEMBIKAI



Salam Jumaat..

Pernah cuba tak roti yang kiut miut ni.. roti buah tembikai. Nak buat tak lah susah cuma main ngan warna je yang penting. Adunan dia lembut sangat-sangat tau. Sedapp.. Actually ikut resepi asal digunakan buah kismis tapi saja sis tukar buah cranberry sebab kebetulan buah cranberry tu ada kat umah. Lebihan buat roti ari tu..




Resepi Roti Tembikai

2 cawan tepung
3/4 cawan air suam atau susu suam
2st yis
2sb gula
4st mentega
1 biji kuning telur
Kismis (sy guna buah cranberry)

Cara-caranya ( Doh Roti)

  • 1. Buat doh roti, Kaedah 1, penggunaan Bread Maker (BM), masukkan semua bahan Doh dan ikut arahan menguli pada BM masing-masing dan tekan Start, tunggu sampai siap di uli dan boleh terus ke langkah no. 4 di bawah.
  • Kaedah 2, Jika uli tangan, masukkan semua bahan doh di dalam bekas adunan dan uli hingga tidak melekat pada tangan, Tips untuk dapat doh yang lembut, ambil plastic bersih dah letakkkan doh di dalam plastic tu, ramas-ramas beberapa minit, lebih kurang 8 hingga 10 minit, keluarkan dan uli semula dalam bekas adunan, anda akan dapat doh yang lembut dan elastik.
  • Kemudian perap doh dan tutup bekas adunan dengan plastic wrap atau kain bersih dan biar doh naik dua kali ganda. Selepas itu tumbuk-tumbukkan doh bagi mengeluarkan angin.
  • Selepas itu, tumbuk-tumbukkan doh bagi mengeluarkan angin, bahagikan 200g doh dah warnakan merah, 100g doh warna hijau, dan 100g doh biasa. Canaikan doh warna merah dan sama panjang ukuran loyang taburkan kismis/cranberry kemudian gulung. Canai doh asas, letakkan doh merah dan gulung. Canai doh warna hijau kemudian letak doh merah dan doh asas kemudian gulung. Masukkan dalam loaf tin dan tunggu doh naik 40 minit. Bakar pada suhu 180'c dan bakar lebih kurang 20-25minit
  • Sejukkan atas redai, dan simpan di atas bekas bertutup bagi mengekalkan kelembutan nya.

Bagi nampak cam real tembikai sis kalerkan belang tu dengan warna hijau yang asli (tanpa celup air)
